The Code of Ethics of Helvi S.p.A. sets out the general principles of transparency, fairness and loyalty that inspire the performance and management of its business and industrial activities. All those who operate in Italy and abroad on behalf of or in favor of Helvi S.p.A., including agents and intermediaries, each within the scope of their own functions and responsibilities, are required to comply with the principles and provisions contained in the code itself.
The principles on which the Code of Ethics is based constitute the foundation of the Organizational Model.
