MAIN FEATURES
Welding fume extraction with medium-low concentrations of pollutants in closed environments or confined spaces being difficult to reach with normal fume abatement systems. 220/1/50 single-phase extraction fan with brushed motor controlled by a control panel with electric motor protection, indicator lights for function signaling and an electronic flow regulator. This air cleaner combines ease of management with a significant reduction in maintenance costs.
STRUCTURE
The metal external structure, in painted steel of adequate thickness, makes the air cleaner resistant to accidental impact and is extremely light during use. It is also equipped with a practical handle to facilitate transport. The structure also allows the insertion of a second outlet tube (T19 Ø 55 mm). Flexible hose equipped with a plastic suction nozzle with magnetic support that allows secure fixing in any position on the metal parts of the unit.
FILTERING SECTION
Composed of a metallic antispark pre-filter, a pre-treated paper filter and an activated carbon filter.
LIMITS OF USE
The portable air cleaner has been designed exclusively for the extraction of fumes generated by non-oily welding processes and, above all, for an intermittent use. Other substances, such as dust or liquids, are not suitable for being captured / filtered and could generate malfunctions during the ordinary use of the equipment and also compromise the degree of filtration of the relevant filters. It can not be used in explosive environments.
